A lot of golf and standard sports stores carry used clubs and they are much less inexpensive (but you may not find a complete set for $60 outside of a garage sale - which is another great alternative). I think it is better to see what you are getting and if possible, swing them, before buying.
You’re kidding right? The only place you get that kinda price is if someone is about to throw out their old decrepit rusty golf clubs made 10 years ago.
Not even walmart clubs are that cheap, they’re in the 100 dollar range for a full set.

Go to the traded in club section in a store like Golf Galaxy. They may not be new but for your price range the can be found

Neither one. Go to a yard sale, this is the only way to find a set of clubs for less than 60$.

Go to the preowned at the top. Usually nice stuff.
When you click on the section it has new on left and used on right.
DO NOT BUY CLONES!
